Weight loss, and the diet plan we’re following, was the main reason for setting up this blog.
WEIGHT WATCHERS UK
Going back to Weight Watchers (now WW UK) was the obvious choice. Whenever I have tried to lose weight Weight Watchers was the plan for me. I’ve just always struggled to keep the weight off when I stopped following the plan! Since that is the reason my weight goes back on, I guess I am in it for the long haul now. I’m gonna be a lifer! I’ve get my goal weight at just a shade under 10st and once I am there I don’t ever wan to get over 10st 7lb again.
We’ve been following the Blue Plan on Weight Watchers since the end of Jan 2020. I highly recommend the program. The app is very easy to use and motivating, with the added bonus of the WW Connect social media side of the app for extra support when you need it. It’s the perfect weight loss tool for me, maybe it will be for you too?
