…I skipped weigh in!
It’s Hubby’s birthday today so instead of hopping on the scales first thing like I normally do on a Saturday I started faffing about with presents etc. And then I forgot all about the scales and set off for the kids swimming lessons.
Since the majority of the day has been spent celebrating with food and Pokemon (so much Meowth!) I opted to skip a late and inaccurate WI and just focus on trying to undo some of the days excess for the rest of the week.
Next week will be a gain! I already know that! But I can work on it being a small gain instead of a massive one.
But its just one day in celebration of our very own Mr Grumpy so I ain’t gonna worry about it!
